The QuadReal Property Group is an internationally recognized property developer and management company. With its headquarters in Vancouver, B.C., QuadReal was eager to update their static “pin-board” lobby directory with state of the art digital lobby signage.

As QuadReal’s chosen digital signage company, 10net, was able to provide them with the most technically advanced digital displays. 10net’s signage solution incorporated the latest OLED display system mounted into an existing enclosure with a variance of ¼” around the unique 2×6 video wall configuration of 4K displays culminating with content rendered in 12K.

This world-class installation project wasn’t without its challenges; 10net had to overcome a complex custom-designed mounting issue. Each fragile OLED display needed to have individual movement to provide ample airflow, as this is the only way to maintain the integrity, life-span, and content of the displays. Although no challenge had been unmet thus far, and this was no different.

10net’s adaptability, both technically and creatively, allowed them to accomplish a fully immersive yet ambient display system with success. In addition, 10net incorporated directed audio as well as camera triggered sensors to highlight animated content. Overall, the goal was to have a digital display system that would highlight the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and global scenery, special events, and holiday images – while in keeping with the functionality.
